HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse:
Select one of our navigation tabs/links on top, left side (if applicable)
or bottom to reach our various shops
and/or categories and/or items you're looking for. At an overview gallery of pictures you can also click a picture to explore an
item or select the "... More >>" phrase (if applicable)
to do so.
Search:
(a) When a search field is available, you may write a word, brand or phrase into the search field located
only on some web
pages and click "Go";
(b) Select an area of our website and/or a shop and/or a category and/or an
item of interest.
Where to find the details about an items?
In the general shop area of a specific
category, simply click on an image or on the "... More >>" link to reach the
specific product page. Details about an item are noted in a description below
or next to
the image(s) of a particular item on the specific product page. Depending on
the type of product, there will be a "Size Chart" or "Size Guide"
link above and/or below the description which will open in a new window. Above
the red "Add to Shopping Bag" button you will find information such as "Select
Size" and/or "Select Color" and/or "Select Finishing", etc. in an easy-to-use dropdown menu.
How to place an item in the Shopping Bag?
To purchase an item, you must follow these
steps:
(1) Select your color and/or size and/or finishing option. View all the sizes, colors
and/or finishing options available for the item you're considering by
using the drop-down menu, ... then make your selection.
(2) Click the red "Add to Shopping Bag" button.
After you have
successfully added an item to your Shopping Bag, a new window will open
(which is the GIADONI
PayPal Shopping Cart window), which will
show the details of your purchase. Click "Check Out" in the bottom right
corner of this new window to conclude your purchase, or click "Continue
Shopping" in the left area of the new window to continue shopping and add
other items to your bag. You also have the option to add additional quantities
of the selected item to your order or you can also remove items from your
shopping cart.

Please note that in
our
Designer Boutiques
our partner sites have the
same and/or a similar checkout process. Some will feature their own secure
shopping carts.
What happens after I've completed my order?
After you click the Complete Your Order button,
you will receive a Thank You page. Shortly thereafter (depending on the
time of day, it may take a few minutes or a few hours after placing your order) you
will receive an Order Confirmation via E-mail which will state the precise details of
your order. Keep a copy of your Order Confirmation for your records.

To Review Your Order
Before you finalize your order, simply look
through the GIADONI PayPal Shopping Cart window to review your order
information. After you've placed your order, look through the original Order
Confirmation E-mail which we've sent you after we've received, reviewed and confirmed
your order; ... or you can also review your order in your personal PayPal account
overview page by clicking on the "Details" link regarding a specific order.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING
CHARGES?
Answer: For all
GIADONI
brand items we offer
FREE shipping in the U.S. and around the
world. All orders are shipped from the U.S. insured via USPS Priority Mail or
USPS Express Mail, UPS or FedEx.
Designer Boutiques: Also in
our
Designer Boutiques
virtually all of our partner
sites offer FREE
shipping on most orders shipped to customers in the U.S. and most partners
also offer FREE
shipping for orders shipped to customers around the world.
WILL YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON MY
ORDER?
Answer: We would normally only charge sales
tax for orders shipped to the State of Nevada, but at this time
GIADONI
has decided to
pay the sales tax also for all
GIADONI
products shipped to customers
in Nevada. We do not charge sales tax for
GIADONI
brand items/orders
shipped to any state or country.
Please note that in our
Designer Boutiques
some partner sites will charge sales tax for deliveries
made to certain states and/or countries and this will be disclosed if
applicable.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS
ARE ACCEPTED?
Answer: For our automated online ordering
system (via the red "Add to Shopping Bag" button) we use the secure
PayPal Shopping Cart/Check Out system which accepts payments via all major
Credit Cards, Electronic Checks, Direct Drafts from your bank account, or your
available PayPal balance.
Alternatively, if you prefer to place
your order via E-mail instead, you may choose to pay for your order via Bank
Wire transfer, verified U.S. Money Order(s) (USPS or from a major bank). For
additional information or for assistance regarding your specific ordering

our partner sites will accept all forms of automatic
payment.
HOW DO I KNOW IF
ORDERING ONLINE IS SECURE?
Answer: At
GIADONI, protecting your information is a priority. We use the
secure PayPal Shopping Cart/Check Out system with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
which encrypts your credit card number, name and address, so only PayPal is
able to decode your information. At
GIADONI we never see your
credit card information as payment processing is conducted solely by and via PayPal.
To be sure your connection is secure on the GIADONI PayPal
Shopping Cart, look at the bottom status bar of your specific
GIADONI PayPal Shopping Cart browser window. If you see an unbroken key or
a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your
information is secure. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.
With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption
technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The
facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against
the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.
Also in our
Designer Boutiques
all of our partner sites operate fully secure
websites (please consult their specific privacy policies for further
information).
HOW TO TRACK THE
STATUS
OF YOUR ORDER?
Answer: Once your order has
been placed, a confirmation E-mail with all order details and an expected
shipping date will be sent to you. As soon as your order ships, a shipping
information E-mail containing the tracking number(s) for your order will be
sent to you. For any and all order question(s) please feel free to send us an E-mail
to
info@giadoni.com at your convenience. We
respond to E-mails promptly (depending on the time of day, usually within a
few minutes).
Items in stock will ship promptly, usually within hours
of receipt of your order.
Please note that most
GIADONI
silk dresses are
semi-custom tailored and are
always limited editions. Depending on the season, design, fabric, collection, etc.,
GIADONI
dresses will usually ship within approx. 3 - 7 days.
Orders placed in our
Designer Boutiques
via our partner sites will have the same and/or
a similar "Order Status" procedure. In addition to order confirmation pages,
also specific order confirmation E-mails are sent to a customer.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Answer for U.S.
customers: Returns and/or Exchanges are made
easy at
GIADONI,
but please adhere to a few guidelines to guarantee a smooth return/exchange
process. We will make every effort to accommodate each return and/or exchange
request. Return and exchange requests need to be made 14 days after delivery of
your order. Before returning an item, customers must contact us by E-mail at
info@giadoni.com in order to receive a
Return Authorization Number (RA number) which will also include
instructions for your return. Without Return Authorization Number, no Returns
and/or Exchanges can be processed.
Please note that custom
tailored items made according to the specifications of a customer cannot be
returned and/or exchanged, but we will make every effort to accommodate every
customer's request to the best of our ability. Customer satisfaction is our
priority.
Please note that we do not issue refunds
for products,
but instead we issue store credits for approved returns. We will credit and/or
refund return shipping charges (based on standard postage/shipping fees).
Important Notice: All items
approved for return and/or exchange must be in absolutely brand new condition
and unworn, and in its original packaging with all the original tags and
labels, etc.

offer generous return policies including free return shipping, etc. to
guarantee full customer satisfaction.
Answer for International
customers (outside the U.S.): While
we're always available to accommodate our international customers with their
return and/or exchange requests, please note that due to the expense for return shipping
to the U.S., and the cost for non-refundable import duties and taxes in the
foreign delivery country paid by the international customer to foreign customs
authorities, etc., it is usually not financially feasible to return an item to
GIADONI. In an effort to also accommodate our international customers regarding
return and/or exchange requests, before returning an item, please contact us
via E-mail at

within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please note that we do
not issue refunds, but instead we issue store credits for approved
returns. We do not credit or refund international shipping fees for returns,
import duties and/or taxes, etc. already paid by the international customer.
